Brookwood Growth ("Brookwood Growth," "we," "us," or "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through www.brookwoodgrowth.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We wrote this in plain language so it is easy to understand.

01

Information We Collect

We collect a limited amount of information to operate our website, respond to inquiries, and understand how visitors use the site.

Contact form submissions

If you complete our "Book a Fit Review" form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Company name
  • Annual revenue range and industry
  • Message or inquiry details

Website analytics

We collect website usage information through analytics tools. This may include pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device or browser information, referral source, and general interaction data. We do not collect precise geolocation.

Cookie data

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to help the website function, remember preferences, measure performance, and understand site traffic. See Section 2 for the full cookie list.

02

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies from HubSpot and Google Analytics 4. You can manage cookie preferences through the cookie banner that appears on your first visit.

HubSpot cookies

Google Analytics 4 cookies

IP anonymization is enabled by default in Google Analytics 4, which limits the amount of identifiable location information processed through analytics. We do not use GA4 Signals or cross-site tracking features.

03

Third-Party Processors

We use trusted third-party service providers to run parts of our website and business operations. They process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.

We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

04

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and follow up on requests submitted through our forms
  • Improve the website experience and site performance
  • Measure analytics, traffic, and engagement metrics
  • Support normal business operations related to our consulting services

We do not use personal information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

05

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as the business relationship, inquiry, or legitimate business need warrants. Analytics data is retained according to the default settings and retention practices of Google Analytics 4 (up to 14 months for user-level data) and HubSpot, unless adjusted by us.

You may request deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@brookwoodgrowth.com, subject to any legal or operational reasons we may need to retain certain records.

06

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended:

  1. Right to know — You may request information about the personal information we collect, use, disclose, or retain about you.

  1. Right of access — You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  2. Right to rectification — You may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

  5. Right to object — You may object to certain processing activities, including analytics based on legitimate interest.
  6. Right to restriction — You may request that we limit processing in certain circumstances.

Our lawful basis for analytics is legitimate interest; our lawful basis for contact form processing is the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request; our lawful basis for cookies requiring consent is your explicit consent via the cookie banner.

To exercise GDPR-related rights, email hello@brookwoodgrowth.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

08

Do Not Track

We honor HubSpot's cookie opt-out banner on our website, which gives you meaningful control over tracking cookies. At this time, we do not respond to browser-level "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals because no consistent industry standard exists for interpreting them. If you opt out via our cookie banner, non-essential tracking will not be applied.

09

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, loss, misuse, or disclosure. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, but we take practical steps to protect the information we handle.

10

Children's Privacy

Our website is directed at business owners and professionals and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our website, please contact us at hello@brookwoodgrowth.com so we can review and remove it if appropriate.

11
