- Read-only access to CRM, ops, and marketing reporting

The Operator
Clarity Sprint.
A focused, five-day diagnostic for owner-led businesses whose numbers don't agree. We find what changed, clarify the root cause, and hand you a short list of prioritized actions, using the data you already have.
Three teams.
Three numbers.
One owner who
can't decide.
Owner-operators run businesses where marketing, sales, and operations each produce different numbers. Nobody is lying. The systems just don't agree. Decisions about where to spend, what to cut, or what to fix sit in the inbox because nothing reconciles.
This is not a technology problem. It is a clarity problem. The Sprint is built to fix it.
A 5-day diagnostic.
Fixed scope. No drift.
- Side-by-side reconciliation of conflicting reports
- Definition map, what each team is actually counting
- Working list of suspected gaps, ranked by size
- Root cause for each material gap
- Dollars-and-leads sizing where the data supports it
- Plain-language explanation an owner can repeat in a meeting
- 1–3 prioritized actions with impact and effort sizing
- Owner, next step, and measurement for each
- What we're explicitly not recommending (and why)
- 60-minute call with a Brookwood partner, recorded for your team
- One-page Decision Brief plus an Opportunity Review
- 30 days of email follow-up while you implement
Three artifacts.
One clear
decision.
Everything we produce is tangible. The Decision Brief sits on your desk. The Opportunity Review shows what you're missing. The Clarity Review tells you which definitions to fix first.

What this is.
What this isn't.
The Sprint is the right move for owner-operators with conflicting reports and a decision sitting on hold. It is the wrong move for almost everything else.
Not a long
engagement.
- A multi-month retainer or RevOps engagement
- A software implementation or dashboard build
- A 40-page strategy deck nobody reads
- Pitched at CROs or VPs of Sales at funded startups
- An audit you'll need to translate before you can act
A five-day
diagnostic.
- Fixed scope, fixed timeline, fixed price
- Uses the data you already have. No new tools
- Pitched at the owner, who is also the buyer
- Plain-language output you can act on Monday
- One clear decision, sized in dollars and leads
Selective
on purpose.
We accept three Sprints per quarter, by application. That isn't manufactured scarcity. It is the upper bound of what one founder can do well, end to end, without diluting the engagement.
If you don't
have a decision
by Day 5,
you don't pay.
The Sprint is built around one job. Hand the owner one decision they can defend on Monday. That's the bar. If we hit it, the engagement is worth its fee many times over. If we don't, the engagement is on us.

In writing. Before the engagement begins. We've never been asked to invoke this clause. We don't expect to. But the option is yours.
Questions
owners ask.
The Sprint is fixed scope on purpose. Most questions about it have direct answers. Here they are.
What does the Sprint cost?
Fixed-fee engagement. The number is shared on the Fit Review call once we've confirmed fit. You'll know the price before any commitment, and we won't quote a range until we understand the question you need answered.
Do I need a specific tech stack?
No. We've run the Sprint on HubSpot, Salesforce, QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, and combinations involving spreadsheets, Slack threads, and printed PDFs. We adapt to your stack. We don't ask you to adapt to ours.
What if my data is messy?
It almost always is. Messy data is the symptom we diagnose. If your numbers were already clean and aligned, you wouldn't need us. We work with what you have. That's the entire premise.
Will you try to upsell me into a retainer?
No. The Sprint is the offer. We don't have a retainer to upsell you into. If you'd like a second engagement later, you can buy another Sprint. Most clients don't. They take the recommendations and run with them.
Who runs the Sprint?
Each Sprint is run by a Brookwood partner end to end. There is no associate pool or contracted analyst layer. The person on the kickoff is the person doing the analysis, writing the brief, and delivering the debrief.
How much of my team's time will this take?
A 30-minute kickoff and a 60-minute debrief from you. Maybe 30 minutes of read-only access setup from whoever owns your systems. That's it. We do the work async, with the data you already have.
When can we start?
We work with a small number of clients at a time, by application. Most engagements start within two weeks of the Fit Review. Book the call and we'll tell you the next available start date.
One clear decision
can change the
whole year.
A 20-minute Fit Review confirms fit, scopes the question we'll answer, and walks you through the price. Free. No commitment.
A 2-minute diagnostic. Seven questions. Honest score. We'll tell you which gap to look at first.
